David believed the mentoring programme had been "quite useful" and "very enjoyable" and something into which he had put a lot of effort. His mentor (Phil Pickering) gave him "help and assistance" with his English. David felt that the three most important benefits he got out of mentoring were "Public relations", "Interview techniques" and a "good break from school." Most enjoyable was "talking to someone about [his] career". Overall, David felt mentoring to have been very worthwhile. |
