Good
listener always helps, someone who can give impartial advice. Someone who
has patience and is easy-going. |

do you think you've got out of mentoring? |
Rewarding.
I find it interesting learning about other people's lives. It has helped
me build on my own confidence and communication skills. |
| What's
the hardest part of being a mentor? |
I
often feel guilty that I can't visit my mentee as often as I would like
due to work commitments. |

you think mentoring has been beneficial to the students you've
mentored? |
I
would hope that I have been able to help the students with employability
skills; i.e. CV, mock interviews and key skills. |
